What a seriously wonderful place. You can tell everyone loves their job here and it shows, even more importantly, their care and passion for my son and I. The process to get braces was smooth, my son has autism and they took special care. I can’t say enough good things. If you have children, going here for their orthodontic needs is a MUST.

Dr. Rob Macdonald has been nothing but amazing. He has given us options for my son who lost an adult tooth. He has been incredibly caring and has gone above and beyond. His staff is friendly and helpful. I truly appreciate everyone in this practice. Also the frozen yogurt doesn't hurt.

I love MacDonald Orthodontics. Before my daughter got braces, they were very philanthropic with our school. When it was time for her to get braces, I did shop around. Not only was MacDonald the best price, but also where we felt the most comfortable. Our first interaction was with Cheryl. She went over everythingin a factual, no pressure environment. I feel like she took a real interest in my child as a person, not just a client. Honestly, it is the staff that makes this business shine. They are so kind and help. Literally every staff member will do anything to make you feel comfortable and to help. Stephanie is my absolute favorite. She explains everything- every little things she does- to my child and to me. She makes sure my kiddo feels comfortable and safe. We love her so much! I recommend MacDonald Orthodontics to everyone!

In my 50s and finally decided to fix my smile. Dr MacDonald was thorough and honest in my consultation about the challenge presented with my case. In my fifth set of Invisalign trays now and can feel and see teeth moving in the right direction. Satisfied so far with my progress and extremely happy with the entire staff at MacDonald Orthodontics. Friendly, knowledgeable and professional in every aspect of what they do!

I had a consultation for invisalign today and it was a great experience! Everyone was so nice and welcoming (plus they have ice cream)! Stephanie is the sweetest and kindest person ever! She gave me a full tour and advocated for me during the consultation. Such an amazing staff & the orthodontist was professional and great as well! Can’t wait to start my treatment!

We love MacDonald Ortho!! The staff is soo nice and caring. My son was very anxious about getting his expander in and they worked with him so well. They were able to calm his nerves so they could do their work. Appointments always work well with our schedule and the doctors are great! We have been to all thee locations and everyone is great!

The staff are always helpful and we are happy that they opened in Gilbert. We will miss the Mesa staff as they are just as awesome.
