MacDonald Orthodontics in Mesa, AZ has been very accommodating. The day after my scheduled adjustment appointment I had an anchor break loose. Their office gave me an appointment the next morning. The dental tech and Dr. MacDonald spent over an hour reworking the orthodontic and supporting dental structure. Shortly after I returned home I experienced some discomfort from the end of a sharp wire. The staff was able to get me right back in to fix that problem. In conclusion, MacDonald Orthodontics has been focused on both my comfort while skillfully restructuring my smile. I am fortunate to be the recepient of their great caring work.

Had my sons free consultation today for crooked teeth. He is autistic and runs a bit nervous on new experiences. The staff was great with him. Made him feel comfortable and they use all of the latest technology so he was never uncomfortable. We are using them for his orthodontic needs moving forward and he is not nervous now about his follow up visit. Great Orthodontist and staff. Highly reccomend for both kids, teens and adults.
