Macdonald Orthodontist is great. I had Invisalign a few years ago and now my daughter is doing braces with them

I have two teenagers in braces, and when we were first looking for an orthodontist it was honestly hard to decide because there are so many good options around here. I’ve served on the board and coached for our local little league, and I always noticed that Macdonald Orthodontics sponsors and supports our league, which is one of the reasons we chose them. I love seeing local businesses support the kids in our community.

All that aside, we’re about a year into braces now and have been really happy with the care and service. So glad we went with them. I’d definitely recommend Macdonald Orthodontist! 😊

We have had a wonderful experience so far! My 11 year old just got his braces last month and everything has gone smoothly. The consultation (before making the decision about braces) was very informative, and they had a wall of fun little prizes they let my kids fill a bag with- so gaining brownie points with the kids right off the bat! 🙂 They discussed the pros and cons of Invisalign vs braces with us and made sure we knew all of our options. The staff is wonderful and friendly, the doctor is great, the office is super cute and beachy-themed, and they have a machine the kids can grab ice cream from on their way out! Altogether a five star experience so far.

From my daughter after her appointment today… The lady was really nice since she had the same problem I could tell she was a little frustrated trying to be careful but she was nice, they replaced the nickel wire with a beta titanium or something wire and I couldn’t get my bands this time because the lower backs aren’t straight enough to get a bigger wire size so next time they’ll put the bands on to make things go faster

My journey with McDonald Orthodontics has been excellent I appreciate all staff and their kindness. Dr Keith McDonald is great at what he does he is patient, and very skillful. I am pleased with my results.

Initial visit. Somewhat hesitant to discuss goals in treatment as a senior. Staff and Dr were very accommodating. Heard my concerns, discussed desired outcome, received great advice on next step for multidisciplinary approach to reach my desired outcome. Looking forward to next steps

The staff and Dr. Keith Macdonald was amazing and welcoming! They were very thorough throughout the entire visit. They explained everything from taking xrays, the assessment plan, and payment plan. They seem very confident in their work & I wouldn’t trust anyone else. Bonus points to Cheryl for pronouncing my name without me telling her how to pronounce it. definitely recommend

I had an emergency ortho need and they got me right in. The orthodontist was very professional, explained everything, and had me in and out in a good time. I highly recommend this orthodontist.

I love how everyone in the office works together to make the clients experience pleasant and effecient. The teamwork is awesome! Today is was Marisol and Sarah who were working together so effectively to get my daughter taken care of.

Great place to get Braces. My daughter was very nervous to get Braces for the first time and they took such great care of her. They have lots of fun gifts and games to keep the kids interactive with keeping their teeth healthy and we loved the ice cream machine after her braces. The Dr. is very kind and you can feel he takes pride in helping others feel confident and look great!

All the staffs are great and caring. We are so happy with their service and my daughter loves her new braces.

I drive all the way from Tempe because they are AMAZING. I got my braces here as an adult 10 years ago, and now that my son is the age for orthodontics, I couldn’t imagine bringing him anywhere else. They make the whole experience fun, lighthearted and they’re so easy to work with. Plus, they have ice cream which is always a nice treat 😁
