We have gone to this office for several years, for all three of my kids. We have never had a single problem or bad experience of any kind. The doctor is fantastic, with an equally amazing staff! They have always been very kind and easy to work with on financing. I truly feel like they have their patients’ best interest at heart. AND they have free frozen yogurt after each visit, so it’s always fun to go ☺️!

Love Macdonald Orthodontics! Dr. Macdonald has been so awesome to work with and I didn't feel pressured like I did at other places. The front and back staff is amazing and so friendly. My child loves all the fun contests they do, the beach themed office, and of course frozen yogurt every time we visit!

Went today for my son to get braces. I have been a patient here, as has my teenage daughter. We love this place! They are kind, professional, and will educate you on all options. Highly recommend!

If my child has a problem with his braces, they will do their best to have him seen that day or early the following day. The receptionist are very prompt at calling back and conveying the issue to other staff.

Each time we come to the office my son is put at ease with all the staff. They are amazing at explaining each step to my son, allowing him time to process and ask questions. I highly recommend brining your children with special needs or anxiety about their teeth to Macdonald Ortho.

Our son got his phase 1 braces on today. Easy scheduling and great communication through the whole process. Great staff and office environment. Plus ice cream at the end of your appt!!

Macdonald Orthodontics is hands down the BEST orthodontist on the East Valley. The staff is always pleasant, professional, and friendly. Whether you're at the Mesa, Gilbert, or newly opened Queen Creek office, you are welcomed and treated like family. Dr. Rob is absolutely amazing and a true gem. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable and cares about providing top-notch service with incomparable results.Our son completed phase 1 treatment already, my husband and I are beginning our Invisalign journey to maintain our previous orthodontist treatment from our teenage years. Our son will soon begin his full treatment and achieve that golden million dollar smile that in my opinion only Macdonald Orthodontics can a achieve.Anytime we're asked for an orthodontist, we always recommend Dr. Rob & his team at Macdonald Orthodontics.
