Yesterday was my most recent scheduled Orthodontic adjustment appointment. Missy was my Dental Technician. While she was removing and replacing the traction wire she took care to support my teeth to reduce discomfort. She also tactfully addressed a teeth cleaning issue and suggested a cleaning technique which I have quickly implemented. Dr. MacDonald was able to provide me with clear advice to help me decide whether to choose a dental prosthesis to assist with sleep issues. I had a great time sharing some favorite food stories with ladies at the front desk.All in all a great visit.
