I had the best experience ever at this orthodontic office! From the friendly front desk lady to the lady who took my X-rays,
as well as Mrs.Tami and of course Dr. Robert — everyone was incredibly kind and professional. I was so impressed by how welcoming the entire team was, especially so early in the morning. My appointment was at 7 a.m., and they were all ready to go with smiles on their faces, greeting each of us warmly. Thank you so much to everyone at this office for making my visit such a wonderful experience. I’ll definitely be recommending you to all my family and friends!

I was referred to Macdonald Orthodontics by my dentist for Invisalign. The entire staff are welcoming and professional. They always educate me on the procedures and payments, so I leave the appointment without any confusion. I will keep coming back throughout my Invisalign process. I highly recommend! Thank you.

I can't remember the Tech's name that worked on Isabella today, 10/22 but she was amazing. She was very gentle, caring and made sure Isabella was comfortable. She took her time and let Isabella have her moments. She explained everything she was doing and how things were going to work. She made sure Isabella was comfortable and got her through her appt. After 3 kids at another orthodontist I was interested in a quote here due to the support McDonald’s gives non profits in the community (BHBB). They won my business. So professional. Such a strong understanding of what needs to be done and a mature kind staff. The delicious frozen yogurt was an added bonus!

The best visit EVER! The staff are phenomenal very friendly, happy person she gave us a tour a lot of office don't do. The ortho himself was friendly, easy going and made my son understand every detail of what hes getting done. I would 100% recommend this office.

My daughter was seen today for a consultation. She absolutely loved her experience! So did I! Everyone was so kind, Steph was amazing and made my child feel safe and comfortable. She is actually looking forward to her next appointment. She loved the theme of the office, the people and the ice cream at the end of the visit.
We have since returned and started the process for a palate expander. My daughter is in great hands, and was happy with every person in this office!
